  • Q.. Do you offer a discounts for larger orders?
  • A.. Unlike our previous system, we will be offering "specials" to our regular customers.  
    If you are registered with us as a customer, you will receive emails from time to time giving information on how to qualify for these discounts and specials.

  • Q.. Do you sell wholesale?
  • A.. If you have your own registered business, contact us, and supply your business details and your ABN and we will set up a wholesale account for you.
  • Q.. Do you ship and sell internationally?
  • A.. YES! We currently sell mainly within Australia, but will happily ship internationally.  Our postage calculator adjusts for international destinations.

  • Q..  Do you process backorders?       What happens if I order more beads than you have in stock?
  • A.. We only ship any beads that we have in stock.    Any extras will be CANCELLED from your order.
    We DO NOT process backorders as many items are one-off purchases and may not be available from the supplier in the near future.
    We will however attempt to source items for you.

  • Q.. Do you have a printed catalogue?
  • A.. No, we do not carry many standard lines, and we order in small numbers only. As a result, a catalogue becomes out of date very quickly and can cause disapointment.

  • Q.. Do you have a store-front?
  • A.. No! Our sales are made entirely via this website,and our auction site on eBay.

  • Q.. I only want a couple of the beads, will you sell in quantities that differ from your packaged amounts?
  • A.. YES! We can sometimes make up custom lots for you but please ask about availability and pricing first.

  • Q.. Do you ship C.O.D?
  • A.. No!. We accept payments in the form of :
    Visa via PAYPAL or
    Bank Deposit to my account. Details available during checkout process.
    Money Orders or Cashier cheques ( no personal or company cheques accepted).
    Your order will be shipped AFTER receipt of the payment.

  • Q.. When do you post orders?
  • A..  We post after receipt of your payment, We go to the Post Office most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Q.. What is your return policy?
  • A.. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your item, you can return it!
    Items must be unused, and in their original portion and packaging.
    Items returned within 14 days of receipt of the item will qualify for a credit exchange or refund. (Shipping not included.)
    You may apply the credit to exchange the item for other merchandise.
    Returns over 14 days will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the credit.
    No returns over 30 days.

  • Q.. What is your policy on Errors and Omissions.
  • A.. We strive for perfection, but in the real world, we can only do our best.  Mistakes do happen!!
    Should there be incorrect data in any description field, an overlooked discount or a calculation error, don't panic. (But PLEASE LET US KNOW)
    We will do what needs to be done to make sure the error is corrected in a timely manner.
    Please see our return and credit policy above on how to handle items received erroneously.
    If you receive an incorrect item, please return it and we'll ship out the correct product.

  • Q..  Do you accept PayPal? 
  • A..  YES! We prefer payment via PayPal as it is fast and safe. We request that you try to keep transactions over $20.00.

  • Q..  How can I be sure the colour I see on my screen is the actual colour of the bead
  • A... When you see beads on our site, the color on the screen is affected by the settings of your monitor and the type of web browser you are using.
    If you need an exact color match please contact us for a sample of the beads. (Postage at your expence, or can be combined with a current purchase.)
